Rev Ileen Thomas is the founder and Lead Pastor of Bible Connection Outreach Ministries d.b.a Bible Connection Center (an Affiliate of Open Bible Churches) in Margate, Florida.

She studied at the INSTE Bible College where she obtained her B.A. in Theology. She went onto further studies and completed her Master of Arts Degree in Formational Leadership at the Lancaster Bible College/Capital Seminary, where she graduated with honors, and received an award for academic excellence.

Pastor Ileen served at Living Word Open Bible Church for over twenty years. She was appointed Director of Sunday School and also served as a Ministry Assistant.

She launched the Bible Connection Outreach Ministries in October 2012 and was ordained in 2014 by Open Bible Churches.

She is the mother of four children and six grandchildren. More than her accomplishments in life, it is her desire to love and serve the Lord with all her heart, mind, soul, and strength and reach souls for the Kingdom of God.
